We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and strengthen our complete HR function.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
* Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer & onboarding.
* Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements and hiring.
* Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
* Implement HR policies, processes and company discipline.
* Track employee performance, probation, confirmation and appraisals.
* Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
* Manage training, development and employee engagement.
* Conduct exit formalities and monitor employee attrition.
* Prepare regular HR reports for management.

Candidate Profile

* 4–8 years of HR experience.
* Robust recruitment and employee-management experience.
* Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
* Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Should be proactive, organized, firm and accountable.
