Role Description The Junior Executive Electrical Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in footwear manufacturing and warehousing operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, addressing electrical faults,



supporting preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with senior technicians or engineers to ensure minimal downtime. The role also involves maintaining documentation of maintenance activities, adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with production and facilities teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications

Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial electrical components, with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Experience in electrical maintenance for manufacturing equipment, including fault diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
Knowledge of relevant safety practices, standards, and regulations related to electrical work in industrial environments.
Basic familiarity with tools, test instruments, and maintenance software or documentation systems used in electrical maintenance.
