Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to manage and execute marketing initiatives, coordinate ATL/BTL activities, support lead generation and work closely with the CRM and Pre-Sales teams to strengthen customer engagement and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities.
Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns as per business requirements.
Coordinate with the CRM and Pre-Sales teams for marketing-generated leads.
Conduct market research and identify relevant market opportunities.
Coordinate with external marketing agencies and vendors.
Plan and coordinate events and promotional activities.
Manage marketing activities within the approved budget.
Support lead generation initiatives through various marketing channels.
Work towards improving brand engagement and visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams for effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and maintain relevant MIS and reports.
Track marketing activities, expenses and outcomes.
Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
Undertake other marketing-related responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing.
Good understanding of marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Experience in handling agencies and vendors.
Valuable analytical and market-research skills.
Budget management and planning skills.
Good knowledge of MIS and reporting.
