About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) with proven experience in EdTech B2B Sales to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the EdTech and education sector.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, references, and field visits.
Visit colleges, universities, institutions, and prospective clients for business meetings.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct product presentations and demos in coordination with the internal team.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.
Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM tools.
Identify opportunities for renewals,



repeat business, and upselling.
Participate in events, campaigns, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

? Mandatory Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech B2B Sales is mandatory.
Candidates must have experience in B2B sales/business development within the EdTech or education sector.
Strong lead generation and new business development skills.
Experience in handling college/university/institutional clients is preferred.
Field visit experience is preferred, and candidates should be comfortable travelling for client meetings and business development activities.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
