About the Role
Studio Olives Cre is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent design, technical, client coordination and site management skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop luxury residential and commercial interiors.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and layouts.
• Develop concepts, layouts and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and manage design-related site requirements.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
• Select and coordinate materials, finishes and furniture.
• Ensure design quality and timely project execution.

Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant interior design experience.




• Experience in luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Strong AutoCAD expertise.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes and furniture.
• Experience in BOQ preparation.
• Strong client and site management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Solid portfolio showcasing completed projects.

Shortlisting Criteria
Candidates will be shortlisted based on relevant experience, portfolio quality, luxury project experience, AutoCAD skills, material and finish knowledge, BOQ preparation, and client/site management experience.
