Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Candolim, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day social media operations, including planning and executing content calendars, managing brand pages, and driving engagement across platforms.



Responsibilities include developing social media strategies aligned with client objectives, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and coordinating with creative, marketing, and PR teams to ensure unified messaging. The role involves monitoring trends, responding to community interactions, and using analytics to refine campaigns and report on performance. The Social Media Manager will also support the creation of social media playbooks, contribute ideas for viral moments, and help manage real-time amplification of key narratives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across major platforms.
