About the Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to independently oversee our upcoming building project in Nagpur. This is a single-point responsibility role where you will be responsible for interpreting drawings, supervising daily site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Study and verify architectural and structural drawings; raise RFIs for clarifications
Set out grids, levels, column positions, and other reference points on site
Supervise daily construction activities including civil work, reinforcement, formwork, and concreting
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor material usage, coordinate procurement, and minimize wastage
Conduct quality checks (reinforcement detailing, formwork alignment, concrete slump, cube sampling,



etc.)
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation and records
Liaise with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to safety norms and site compliance requirements
Coordinate with labor and subcontractors to maintain schedule and productivity

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of hands-on site experience in building construction projects
Positive understanding of structural drawings, bar bending schedules, and construction methodologies
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic MS Excel
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve on-site problems
Strong communication and coordination skills
