We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai and play a key role in driving B2B sales, trade engagement and destination promotion in the Indian market.
The role will involve working closely with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, corporate travel partners, airlines, DMCs, hotels and tourism stakeholders to grow the destination and develop new business opportunities.
The portfolio includes renowned clients such as Tourism Ireland, Visit Victoria (Australia), Royal Commission for AlUla (Saudi Arabia), Zoos Victoria, National Gallery of Victoria and Melbourne Convention Bureau.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and executing B2B sales and market strategies
Building strong relationships with travel trade partners
Conducting sales calls, presentations, workshops, roadshows and training sessions
Developing trade marketing campaigns and destination partnerships




Working with tour operators to develop and promote destination packages
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the trade network
Coordinating with airlines, DMCs, hotels and other tourism stakeholders
Monitoring market trends, travel demand and competitor activity
Tracking sales performance, preparing MIS and market reports
Representing the destination at trade events, exhibitions and industry forums
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or destination marketing, preferably with international brands
Strong sales, market planning and business planning skills
Experience in trade marketing and partner-led campaigns
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
Strong project management and organisational abilities
Valuable knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
