Job Description:
Experience leading Electrical Engineering teams of 5-20 engineers and designers.
Capability to act as Electrical Discipline Lead for large EPC / EPCM projects.
Client-facing experience, including technical discussions and design reviews.
Experience in reviewing and approving engineering deliverables.
Experience in project estimation, scheduling, manpower planning, and budget control.
Exposure to GCC, European, or international projects preferred.




Electrical Design Basis, design calculations, and engineering deliverables.
Load Lists, SLDs, HV/LV power distribution system design.
Cable sizing/routing, lighting, earthing & grounding design.
Electrical specifications, datasheets, and technical bid evaluations.
Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and relevant industry standards.
Proficiency in ETAP/SKM, AutoCAD, and Electrical Engineering design tools.
Experience in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning support.
Robust understanding of procurement lifecycle and vendor package management.
Tools Required: ETAP/SKM, AutoCAD
