Role Description :The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Gachibowli center.

This role is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, answering inquiries,



and guiding them through registration and billing processes in a courteous and effective manner. Daily tasks include handling incoming phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with laboratory, radiology, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. The Receptionist will manage front desk clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and cash or card transactions, while upholding confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies. The role requires consistent professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail to support a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

Graduation Mandatory
Typing speed Must 20-25 wpm.
Minimum 1 year of experience relevance Health care/Hospital.
