Role Description Student Volunteers – Delhi will support the planning and execution of the Youth United Festival as part of a collaborative organizing team. This is a volunteer, hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area, with a mix of on-site responsibilities at event venues and remote tasks that can be completed from home. Day-to-day activities may include coordinating registrations, assisting with attendee queries,



supporting logistics and crowd management, helping with stage and backstage operations, and distributing event materials. Volunteers may also contribute to online promotion, content creation for social media, and communication with participants and partners. The role involves working closely with coordinators, following event schedules, and maintaining a professional, inclusive environment during all festival activities.
Qualifications

Interest in event coordination and ability to support basic logistics, registration processes, and on-site operations.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with attendees, performers, partners, and fellow volunteers.
