Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Interactive Events to build and grow Platonix's interactive events business across India, with ownership of strategy, event acquisition, partnerships, revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the strategy, plan and roadmap for growing Platonix's interactive events business in India.
Identify and acquire wellness, fitness, spirituality, lifestyle and community events across India.
Identify suitable onsite events and develop opportunities to convert them into Hybrid/Online experiences on Platonix.
Build relationships with event organizers, practitioners, communities and wellness partners and drive them through pitch, negotiation and sign-up.
Identify and secure sponsorships, brand partnerships and B2B opportunities.




Develop corporate wellness opportunities by engaging HR, People & Culture and Employee Engagement teams.
Work with the CFO on financial modelling, pricing and commercial terms and own event-level P&L; and profitability.
Build and manage the event acquisition pipeline and track leads, conversions, revenue and margins.
Provide regular business updates to leadership and coordinate internal handover after sign-up.
Be flexible to participate in discussions during CET working hours when required.
Ideal Candidate7+ years in event acquisition, business development, partnerships, event management or corporate wellness.
Strong network within India's wellness, fitness, spirituality or events ecosystem.
Proven ability to identify opportunities, pitch, negotiate and close partnerships.
Experience with sponsorships, B2B sales and/or corporate wellness.
Strong commercial understanding and experience with revenue, margins or P&L.;
