Company Description Hasti Petro Chemical & Shipping Limited (HPCSL), operating under the brand “Thar Dry Port,” is a trusted Inland Container Depot (ICD) operator serving import-export customers across India. Since its early beginnings in Jodhpur in 2000, HPCSL has expanded into multiple verticals including petrol pumps, gas agencies, hotels, IMFL blending and bottling plants, and real estate. Role Description The Executive Transport role is a full-time, in office position based at Sanand.



The role involves overseeing daily transport operations, including planning and scheduling vehicle movements to support ICD and freight terminal activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers and transport vendors, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of cargo, and monitoring vehicle utilization and route efficiency. The executive will maintain accurate transport documentation, track shipments, and support compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The role also includes liaising with internal teams and customers, resolving operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in transport processes.
Qualifications
Experience in transport or logistics operations, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and fleet coordination.
Knowledge of road and rail freight processes, ICD operations, and basic EXIM/logistics documentation.
