Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Meta Ads Expert (D2C) role based in Noida. The Meta Ads Expert will plan, build, and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to scale direct-to-consumer sales. Daily responsibilities include audience research,



setting up campaigns and ad sets, creating and testing ad creatives and copy, monitoring budgets and bid strategies, and analyzing performance against key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR. The role involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and brand guidelines, as well as managing tracking pixels and events for accurate attribution. The Meta Ads Expert will prepare regular performance reports, identify opportunities for growth, and implement data-backed improvements to maximize revenue and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager for D2C brands, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization for performance.
Proficiency in performance marketing analytics, with the ability to interpret data, manage tracking pixels, and use tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
