About the Role
Dermalist is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the D2C skincare industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing and scaling paid digital campaigns, with a clear understanding of customer acquisition, revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, and other key D2C performance metrics.
The candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, analysing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant paid platforms.
Manage campaigns across customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, conversion, and revenue objectives.
Monitor and optimise key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, CPA, and overall revenue contribution.




Analyse campaign performance regularly and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Manage campaign budgets and allocate spends effectively across platforms, audiences, products, and campaigns.
Identify and test new audiences, creatives, campaign structures, offers, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with Creative, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand, and E-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
Provide creative teams with data-backed insights on winning ad formats, hooks, messaging, products, and customer segments.
Plan and execute performance campaigns for current product launches, offers, festive campaigns, sales, and brand initiatives.
Track website and landing-page performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand advertising strategies, offers, creatives, positioning, and market trends.
