Role Description The Admissions Officer role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves managing inquiries from prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and providing clear, accurate information about programs and eligibility. The Admissions Officer will conduct in-person and telephone counseling sessions, support outreach activities,



and coordinate with partner institutions to track applications, documentation, and enrollment status. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in admissions systems, responding to queries promptly, and collaborating with marketing and counseling teams to improve lead quality and conversion. The role also requires participation in events, campus visits, and other initiatives that strengthen relationships with students, families, and institutional partners.
