Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager – Real Estate role based in Ludhiana. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and commercial projects, including lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and deal closures. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, setting sales targets, tracking performance, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role involves collaborating with marketing and project teams to develop promotional campaigns, maintain up-to-date knowledge of project features, pricing, and inventory, and ensure consistent customer communication. The Sales Manager will also handle customer inquiries, negotiate terms, support documentation and payment processes, and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong background in real estate sales, including experience managing end-to-end sales cycles for residential and commercial properties.
Proven ability to lead, motivate,



and develop sales teams, with experience setting targets and monitoring performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach and professional demeanor.
Solid understanding of local real estate market trends in Ludhiana and surrounding regions, including pricing, regulations, and competitor landscape.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads, site visits, and documentation tasks efficiently.
Comfort with basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office applications for tracking leads and preparing performance reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.
