Fashion Designer – Premium & Luxury Apparel

Full-time | Gurugram | On-site

Vani Kabir Multiverse is looking for a talented mid-to-senior-level fashion designer to develop premium and luxury apparel collections. The designer will manage the complete design process—from research and concept development to fittings and final production.

Key Responsibilities:
Research trends, fabrics, colours, embellishments and silhouettes
Develop mood boards, collection concepts and original designs
Create sketches, technical drawings and design specifications
Design premium apparel from concept to final execution
Source suitable fabrics, trims and embellishments
Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, vendors and production teams
Conduct fittings and improve garment fit and construction
Review samples and maintain high standards of quality and finishing
Manage multiple styles while meeting collection deadlines




Guide junior designers and support key design decisions

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design
3–6 years of professional fashion-design experience
Experience in luxury, premium, couture or occasion wear
Solid knowledge of garment construction, draping and finishing
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent sketching and technical-design skills
Strong understanding of fabrics, trims and production processes
Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
Portfolio showcasing original premium or luxury fashion designs

Salary: ₹50,000–₹55,000 per month
