Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, and Competitive Coding for B.Tech/MCA students.
Hands-on Mentorship: Execute highly interactive training sessions, live-coding workshops, and webinars. Guide students through complex LeetCode-style problem-solving.
Assessment & Tracking: Administer weekly coding contests, monitor performance data, track attendance, and provide actionable feedback on code optimization and space-time complexity.
Placement Preparation: Conduct technical mock interviews and prepare students specifically for the hiring patterns of top tech giants (FAANG and leading MNCs).
