Strong understanding of the company's business, functions, processes, and operating model.
Tasks
Understand the company's products, customers, markets, and business model.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other functions.
Spend time with frontline teams to understand ground-level operations.
Understand key processes and SOPs across functions.
Study functional KPIs and business performance.
Document observations, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in functional review meetings.
