What you’ll do

Own compliance across marketing, product and customer operations.
Review ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
Review creator and influencer content for claims and disclosures.
Review landing pages, websites, product flows and customer communications.
Partner with marketing, product, engineering and operations on launches.
Build compliance guidelines, approval processes and checklists.
Monitor regulatory and platform policy changes.
Assess compliance risks and recommend practical solutions.
Work with external legal counsel on complex regulatory matters.
Train teams on compliance best practices.
Support investigations, audits and compliance documentation.

Who we’re looking for





5+ years in legal compliance, regulatory affairs or corporate counsel.
Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Experience reviewing consumer marketing and digital products.
Robust understanding of advertising and consumer protection requirements.
Excellent judgment across legal risk and commercial objectives.
Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Comfortable building compliance processes from scratch.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and work in-office.

Useful but not required: Experience with FTC advertising and consumer protection regulations, influencer marketing disclosures, privacy and data protection, subscription businesses, telehealth, consumer finance, e-commerce, SaaS, and high-growth technology companies.
