Scope & Responsibilities
Purpose
Own the technical execution and optimisation of JAUR’s e-commerce ecosystem across Shopify, Klaviyo and the website, ensuring operational excellence, seamless launches and solid customer experience. Translate Brand & Marketing strategy and Growth objectives into effective digital execution.
1. Shopify Management
Manage day-to-day Shopify operations, product uploads, variants, collections, tagging and merchandising
Maintain catalogue, inventory visibility, pricing and product availability
Manage homepage, navigation, banners, featured products and promotional updates
Implement offers, discounts, bundles and gift-with-purchase initiatives
2. CRM & Klaviyo
Build, deploy and QA CRM campaigns and templates
Manage automated flows including Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback and VIP
Implement customer segmentation defined by Growth
Manage scheduling, deliverability, testing and campaign deployment
Track CRM performance, revenue attribution and flow effectiveness
3. Website Management & Optimisation
Manage landing pages, homepage,
collections, navigation and product merchandising
Optimise search, product discovery, mobile experience and checkout
Implement CRO recommendations and improve customer journeys
Monitor site health, errors, broken links and overall functionality
4. E-commerce Analytics & SEO
Monitor conversion, AOV, revenue, customer behaviour and product performance
Identify opportunities and issues across the e-commerce funnel
Manage on-site SEO including metadata, product/collection SEO, alt text and internal linking
Coordinate technical SEO requirements
5. Campaign & Launch Execution
Ensure products, collections, landing pages, promotions and CRM are launch-ready
Implement campaign and promotional requirements across digital touchpoints
Own pre-launch, launch and post-launch QA
6. Integrations & Technical Operations
Manage Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta, Google, Reviews, Loyalty, Payment, Shipping and Analytics int
