POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager – Training is responsible for planning, coordinating, and
executing training operations to ensure the effective delivery of learning
programs. The role supports the development and implementation of training
schedules, manages trainer and learner coordination, monitors training quality,
and ensures operational excellence across all training initiatives. The position
requires strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
to drive seamless training execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TRAINING OPERATIONS

* Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end training operations across programs.
* Prepare and maintain training calendars, schedules, and resource plans.
* Coordinate with trainers, participants, and internal teams to ensure timely
program delivery.
* Ensure training sessions are conducted according to quality standards and




organizational guidelines.
* Monitor attendance, training completion, and learner engagement.

PROGRAM COORDINATION

* Support the implementation of recent training initiatives and learning projects.
* Manage logistics, training materials, venue arrangements, and virtual
learning platforms.
* Maintain training records, documentation, and reports.
* Track training effectiveness and collect participant feedback.

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and training standards.
* Conduct periodic audits of training documentation and operational processes.
* Recommend process improvements to enhance training efficiency and learner
experience.

REPORTING & ANALYTICS

* Generate regular reports on training activities, completion rates,
attendance, and performance metrics.
* Analyze training data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
