We are looking for someone who loves selling, and cares what they sell.
There is a version of a sales job where the product is interchangeable and the only thing that matters is the number. This is not that. What you sell here goes into a small clinic and changes how a doctor sees the patient sitting in front of him. If that distinction matters to you, keep reading.

About us
Perkant Tech is building India's first full-stack OPD automation platform. A patented medical device sits at the core and completes an entire OPD consultation in under five minutes. We are not a digitisation tool that turns doctors into data entry operators, and not a point device that gives a partial picture. We are rethinking how India's solo clinics work, in a country that sees billions of OPD visits a year.

What we're looking for
You genuinely enjoy sales as a craft. You think about why one conversation worked and another did not. You read about it, you get better at it on purpose, and you would not want a job where you were not doing it.

You know how to be clear rather than persuasive. Doctors detect performance instantly and shut down when they sense it. The people who win in that room explain plainly, answer honestly, and let a good product do its own work. If your instinct under pressure is to push harder, this will not suit you.
Beyond that: two to five years selling something real (selling to clinicians is a bonus), whether that is devices, diagnostics, healthcare software or anything else you've enjoyed scaling at you
