About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager – Digital Marketing to manage digital marketing projects and client relationships for our US-based clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both project management and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, responsive, and comfortable working across creative, content, social media, SEO, and paid marketing.
You should be able to understand the work at an execution level, provide meaningful feedback, manage teams, communicate confidently with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
Manage multiple digital marketing projects for US-based clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain solid client relationships.
Understand client objectives, translate them into actionable project requirements, and ensure timely execution.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities,



dependencies, and resources.
Maintain prompt communication and responsiveness with clients and internal teams.
Respond to client queries and team requests promptly and ensure action items are followed through.
Conduct regular client communication, status updates, meetings, and presentations.
Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays and resolve them.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.
Digital Marketing & Creative Oversight
Work closely with designers, copywriters, content writers, SEO specialists, paid media specialists, and social media teams.
Have a strong understanding of creative development, copywriting, content writing, and social media marketing.
Have a working knowledge of SEO and paid advertising/PPC and understand how different digital marketing channels work together.
