Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas at Ginger Hotels Agartala. This full-time, on-site role includes tasks such as cleaning and preparing rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring housekeeping standards are consistently met. The associate will handle laundry duties, care for linen and guest garments as required, and maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment.



The role involves interacting with guests courteously, responding to service requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures. The Housekeeping Associate may also support new team members through on-the-job guidance and contribute to a positive, collaborative work setting.
