SamOira is looking for a responsible and execution-focused Business Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day running of our beauty and personal-care business. The role will work across sales, inventory, customer orders, marketing campaigns, retail channels, business partners, and internal teams to ensure that key priorities are executed efficiently and on time. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify what needs attention, organize work, follow through on commitments, and ensure that business priorities move from discussion to completion.

Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and manage SamOira’s day-to-day business operations and priorities.

Monitor sales, customer orders, inventory, and product availability. 3. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, Product, and Operations teams. 4. Follow up with retailers, distributors, marketplaces, and other business partners. 5. Support the execution of campaigns, product launches, promotions and seasonal bundles. 6. Monitor customer feedback, complaints, returns and delivery-related concerns.




Maintain accurate business records, trackers and weekly/monthly reports. 8. Track and analyse basic sales, inventory and operational data to identify gaps and areas requiring attention. 9. Identify operational delays or problems and coordinate timely solutions. 10. Ensure assigned tasks have transparent owners, deadlines and proper follow-up. 11. Support management in implementing operational priorities and improving day-to-day processes.

Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field. 2. 3–4 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales coordination, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, consumer products or a related role. 3. Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, retail or consumer brands is preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. 5. Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
