Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outreach Officer / Business Development Executive based in Jaipur. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with communities, developing outreach strategies, conducting research, managing events, and driving business development. The individual will actively engage with potential partners, customers, and stakeholders to promote the company's services and grow its network.
Consistent collaboration with internal teams to support growth objectives is essential.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Community Engagement, Community Outreach, and building relationships
Proven ability in Communication and presenting ideas effectively to diverse audiences
Experience in Event Management, including planning and execution of community-focused initiatives
Proficiency in conducting Research to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for strategic growth
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative environment
Previous experience in digital marketing or related industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
