The Senior Savoury Flavorist ,plays a pivotal role in our Savoury Flavor Creation team, responsible for developing cutting-edge flavour solutions for a diverse range of applications. The primary mission is to create unique, high-quality savoury flavour profiles that not only meet but exceed client expectations. This role requires extensive experience and expertise in the field, with a focus on providing technical support to clients and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

Flavour Creation Excellence:
Develop and grow the Seasoning/Savory segment for India, ME, Africa, and Southeast Asia.




Create innovative savoury flavour solutions in line with client requirements, industry regulations, and consumer preferences.
Establish benchmarks and golden standards based on local and global market needs.
Work collaboratively with the senior flavorist team/seasoning creators to deliver exceptional taste solutions that go beyond conventional expectations.
Client Engagement:
Interpret and understand clients' needs, translating them into flavour compositions that align with quality, price, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide technical support to external customers, collaborating with Seasoning Creators/Sales/Business Unit teams to nurture productive customer relationships.
Formulation and Industrialization:
Develop formulations adhering to internal guidelines and brief requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Application/Industrialization team to ensure the industrial feasibility of new developments.
