Role Description
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of architecture and interior projects in Chandigarh. This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction and site supervision.
The role involves coordinating contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring that all work is executed accurately as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines,



and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the project architects and management team to ensure smooth coordination between design and execution.
Responsibilities will include regular site inspections, coordinating multiple trades, monitoring workmanship and finishes, managing material requirements, tracking project progress, resolving site-level issues, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. The Site Supervisor will be expected to maintain the design intent while ensuring practical, efficient, and high-quality execution on site.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in site supervision and construction execution.
Proven experience in supervising architecture and interior projects.
Ability to read, understand, and accurately execute architectural, interior, structural, and detailed working drawings.
Solid knowledge of construction
