About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, client-facing sales professional to drive enterprise business in the CPaaS space.

This is a field sales role involving direct interaction with decision-makers, solution consulting, client meetings and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire current enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, EdTech, E-commerce, Retail and other industries.
* Conduct in-person meetings with CXOs, IT Heads and Digital teams.
* Pitch CPaaS solutions including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp and RCS APIs.
* Present Gen-AI Chatbot and Voicebot solutions.




* Conduct product demonstrations and consultative presentations.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and regularly update the CRM.
* Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
* Ensure smooth client onboarding and transition to customer success teams.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience in CPaaS.
* Knowledge of CPaaS and SaaS is an added advantage.
* Proven experience in field sales and client meetings.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Ability to understand business problems and effectively position solutions.
* Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
* Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
