About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and experienced Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to join our Product & Strategy team.




The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and clients to understand business needs, gather and analyze requirements, define functional solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
The role also involves contributing to AI-driven product initiatives, process optimization, data analysis, UAT, and continuous product improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications for development and QA teams.
