Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day café and retail operations, ensuring smooth functioning across outlets, and maintaining consistent service and product quality.



Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising frontline teams, and coordinating inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships. The Operations Manager monitors sales performance, implements operational processes, and enforces hygiene, safety, and compliance standards. The role also involves resolving operational issues, supporting new outlet setups, optimizing customer experience, and collaborating with leadership to drive efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
Strong operations management skills, including process improvement, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff.
Proficiency in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic supply chain or logistics management.
Comfort with using POS systems, spreadsheets, and operational reporting tools to track performance and metrics.
