Role Description The PGT Physics role is a full-time, on-site teaching position based at Mahesh Memorial Public Higher Secondary School in Bagh.



The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons for senior secondary classes, aligned with CBSE curriculum and school guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom teaching, organizing laboratory work and demonstrations, assessing student performance, and providing academic support through remedial sessions and mentoring. The role also involves designing question papers, evaluating answer scripts, maintaining accurate academic records, and contributing to curriculum enrichment. In addition, the PGT Physics teacher is expected to participate in school events, coordinate with colleagues and parents, and support students in board exam preparation and competitive exam readiness.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in core Physics concepts and applications, with the ability to teach senior secondary (Classes XI–XII) effectively.
