IWP Academy, Jaipur is looking for a passionate and experienced Cosmetology & Beauty Trainer to join our academic team.

? Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theoretical classes in Beauty, Hair & Cosmetology.
Train students in hair styling, hair treatments, skin care, facials, makeup and salon procedures.
Demonstrate professional beauty and hair techniques through hands-on training.
Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations and practical assignments.
Guide students in developing industry-ready technical and professional skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure proper practical training standards.
? Candidate Requirements
2+ years of experience in beauty, hair, cosmetology, salon or beauty training.
Strong practical knowledge of beauty and hair treatments.




Prior teaching/training experience will be an advantage.
Relevant certification/diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Hair or related fields preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to conduct engaging, practical, hands-on sessions.
