About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive, analytical and creative Performance Marketing Specialist with a robust focus on SEO, SEM and digital growth.
You'll be responsible for helping drive Coastr's organic and paid search visibility, generate qualified B2B leads, optimize website performance and identify new opportunities across search, AI-powered platforms and digital marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining data, creativity, experimentation and technology to build marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, traffic and qualified leads.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research and content gap analysis.
Identify opportunities across on-page, technical and off-page SEO.
Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs and other content for search engines.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other SEO KPIs.




Work with content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve internal linking, metadata, content structure and website architecture.
Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve Coastr's visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search trends and changes in AI search.

2. SEM & Paid Search
Plan, launch, manage and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.
Conduct keyword research and build high-intent keyword and negative keyword lists.
Develop and test ad copy, extensions, audiences, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and lead quality.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and reduce cost per qualified lead.
Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, messaging and targeting.
