Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop apparel collections that align with Ratan Jaipur’s design philosophy, translating ideas into sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching trends and fabrics, selecting color palettes, coordinating with production teams, and refining samples to ensure fit, quality,



and consistency with brand standards. The role involves collaborating with merchandising and retail teams, preparing design specifications, and providing input on styling, visual presentation, and seasonal themes. The Fashion Designer will also maintain design documentation, support timely collection launches, and contribute to continuous improvement of product aesthetics and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
Robust fashion design skills, including sketching, conceptualization, and development of garment collections.
Proficiency in fabric selection, color theory, and surface design, with an understanding of traditional and contemporary textiles.
Ability to create and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and specifications for sampling and production.
