Role Description The Store Incharge role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including managing inventory, coordinating equipment check-in and check-out, and ensuring that all gear is maintained, tracked, and ready for rentals.



The Store Incharge will handle customer inquiries, process bookings, manage documentation, and support doorstep delivery coordination. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, preventing losses, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience both in-store and remotely.
