Job Description: Technical Lead – Integration & APIs Role Overview We are
seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design, implement, and govern
enterprise integration and API solutions. This role requires robust technical
expertise along with leadership capabilities to guide teams and ensure delivery
excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of system
interfaces and integrations across enterprise platforms. Define and enforce best
practices for API design, development, and lifecycle management. Drive
development using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kafka-based event-driven
architecture. Architect and manage APIs using APIGEE. Ensure robust security
implementation using OAuth2 and related standards. Guide teams in building
scalable, resilient microservices.



Review code and ensure adherence to quality
and coding standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product
owners to align technical solutions. Identify risks, dependencies, and
performance bottlenecks early. Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical
growth and best practices adoption. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of
experience in backend development and integration solutions. Strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Proven experience with Kafka or event-driven
architectures. Hands-on experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases. Deep
knowledge of APIGEE or API management platforms.
