We are looking for an experienced ???????? ??????? with solid knowledge of SAP Basis, Cloud, Network, HANA, and hyperscaler environments including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
The ideal candidate should have 7 – 12 years of experience with solid delivery management capability, SAP Basis understanding, cloud operations knowledge, stakeholder management, team coordination, and service delivery ownership.

✅ Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Basis, Cloud, Network, and HANA-related support / operations
✅ Coordinate with technical teams across SAP Basis, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, and Security
✅ Ensure smooth service delivery, SLA adherence, and operational stability
✅ Track project / support activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
✅ Work closely with business stakeholders,



technical teams, and leadership teams
✅ Manage delivery governance, reporting, dashboards, and regular status updates
✅ Support incident, problem, change, and service management processes
✅ Ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues
✅ Coordinate with teams working on Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
✅ Drive continuous improvement, process discipline, and delivery excellence
