Role Description
The Sales Lead is a full time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Granimals’ global client base. This role includes managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing,



with a strong focus on consultative selling to individuals seeking injury prevention and rehabilitation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, conducting discovery calls, presenting service offerings, and following up with prospects to ensure a high conversion rate. The Sales Lead will collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and coaching teams to refine messaging, improve client experience, and identify new sales opportunities. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, optimizing processes, and providing training and guidance to team members to support scalable sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps to consistently hit targets
Own weekly performance tracking across connectivity (scheduled vs. completed calls), conversion, AOV, revenue, and call volume
Maintain CRM data hygiene and accuracy across the team
Run regular 1:1s, call
