We’re hiring: Google Ads & SEO Expert

We’re not looking for someone who waits for the SEO checklist to arrive.

We’re looking for someone who spots what needs doing, builds the plan, gets into the tools and makes it happen.

Strategy + execution. Both matter here.

On the SEO side, you’ll:

• Audit technical, on-page and content SEO
• Build the SEO strategy and roadmap
• Own keyword, competitor and search-intent research
• Actually execute on-page SEO: titles, metas, headings,



internal linking and content optimisation
• Find technical issues and implement or coordinate fixes
• Build content briefs and uncover new opportunities
• Implement schema and structured data
• Work across SEO, AEO and GEO for traditional and AI-led search visibility
• Use Search Console and GA4 to find what others might miss
• Monitor rankings, indexing, traffic and conversions
• Turn the numbers into the next action

No strategy decks disappearing into folders. You’ll do the work too.

On the Google Ads side, you’ll:

• Understand the business, audience and commercial goal
• Research keywords and competitors
• Build the campaign strategy and account structure
• Set up campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences and targeting
• Write and test the ads
• Own negatives and search terms
• Set up and validate conversion tracking
• Watch budgets, bids and spend
• Optimise relentlessly
