About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is a fresher or has a minimum of 1 year of experience, is confident in communicating with customers, understands their concerns, and can provide timely solutions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate fluently in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
This role involves understanding customer requirements, troubleshooting basic issues, coordinating with internal teams,



and ensuring that customers receive proper support throughout their journey with OneInfo.ai.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot common issues.
Coordinate with the technical and internal teams for complex issues.
Follow up with customers until their issues are completely resolved.
Maintain proper records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Explain OneInfo.ai products and services to customers when required.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with customers.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant feedback to the internal team.
