About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and target-driven Jr. Sales Executive to support our business development initiatives. The role involves identifying and generating current business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and promoting the company’s services through consultative B2B sales. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in corporate sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to understand business requirements and present the company’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other client-related documentation.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM or sales trackers.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Be willing to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and networking events whenever required.

Required Skills

• Confidence in interacting with corporate clients and decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and business development.
