Role Description The Food and Beverage Intern is a full time, hybrid role based in Kolkata, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the intern supports client projects by assisting with menu and product research, documenting food and beverage standards, and helping evaluate customer experience at partner restaurants and delivery platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with client teams, collecting and organizing operational and customer feedback data,



and preparing basic reports and presentations for internal and client use. The intern may assist in on-site visits, food service observations, and simple tasting or quality checks, while also contributing to internal process improvements and supporting the consulting team with administrative and project tasks.
Qualifications
Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with an understanding of restaurant operations.
Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Basic Culinary Skills or exposure to kitchen environments, with attention to food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and adapt to both onsite and remote work requirements.
