Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager MEP role based in Bengaluru. The Construction Manager MEP will oversee mechanical, electrical,



and plumbing works on project sites, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors; reviewing drawings and technical specifications; monitoring work progress against schedules and budgets; and resolving site-level technical issues. The role involves conducting inspections, supervising testing and commissioning activities, maintaining documentation and reports, and supporting construction audits as needed. The Construction Manager MEP will also collaborate closely with project managers and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and smooth integration of MEP systems within overall project objectives.
