Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within the FCEP Strategic Data Programme. The role will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of a portfolio of Financial Crime, data management, and strategic data initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational priorities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex programmes and projects in large enterprise environments, working across business, technology, data, and third-party supplier teams. They will be accountable for planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery execution to ensure programme outcomes are achieved successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams within the Strategic Data Programme.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts,
RAID logs, governance artefacts, and status reporting.
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, and critical milestones to ensure successful delivery.
Coordinate and collaborate with business, technology, architecture, data, and vendor teams to drive programme objectives.
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies in a timely manner.
Establish effective governance frameworks and prepare materials for steering committees and programme leadership forums.
Drive stakeholder engagement across senior business and technology leadership, ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs, timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.
Support change management and adoption activities where required to enable successful implementation.
