Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time People & Culture Manager for an in office role located in Sasan gir. The People & Culture Manager will lead all people-focused initiatives across the organization, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and culture-building programs.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals, managing recruitment and onboarding processes,



ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and creating initiatives that foster employee wellbeing, inclusion, and professional growth. The incumbent will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, strengthening team collaboration, addressing employee concerns with empathy and fairness, and contributing to organizational growth through thoughtful people management practices.
