POSITION OVERVIEW

The Key Account Manager (KAM)



drives sales of Southco's engineered access solutions across the assigned region through value selling of highly engineered, premium technical products. The role focuses on specifying Southco products into the design and engineering functions of customers and OEMs, and on building long-term key-account relationships that generate sustainable business growth. Working closely with R&D;, design, and engineering teams in India and the UK, the KAM translates customer requirements into standard or customized solutions, and is expected to travel regularly within the region (approximately 10-15 days per month).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive end-to-end sales of Southco's engineered products and parts across the assigned region, focusing on value selling of highly engineered, premium technical solutions.
• Specify Southco products into the design and engineering departments of customers and OEMs, positioning them as integral components of the customer's end product.
• Develop recent business and key accounts
