Role Description The MERN Stack Trainer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



responsible for delivering high-quality training on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js to students and corporate participants. Responsibilities include designing and updating course content, preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and real-world use cases. The trainer will evaluate learner performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews, provide mentoring for interviews and career readiness, and contribute to placement-support activities. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and the academic team to improve training methodologies, integrate emerging technologies into the curriculum, and support workshops, internships, and campus programs.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including REST APIs and full-stack application
